Sustainability Experiment - Food Waste
Sustainability Experiment Overview:
♻️The milk bottle was cut in half and repurposed for the experiments.
🍌Banana Peel, Watermelon rind, and Veggie scraps were put into milk cartons with Humisoil and Humiliquid. Temperature was measured, using Tiny Science Lab digital thermometers, before and after Humisoil was included with scraps.

Guest Speaker- Huda Zamara
Born in another country, Palestine, Huda overcame many barriers in her life including speaking English as her second language, socio economic challenges and disengagement from school. Huda overcame these challenges to be a Changemaker, in her 5th year of study medicine at James Cook University. 💫A true inspiration for the girls💫
